2. Research Use Only

All products sold on this website are intended exclusively for in-vitro scientific research conducted by qualified professionals in controlled laboratory settings. By completing a purchase you represent and warrant that:

• You are purchasing these compounds solely for research or laboratory purposes
• You will not use, administer, or supply these compounds for human or veterinary consumption
• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have verified that the purchase and possession of these compounds is legal in your jurisdiction
• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional (or purchasing on behalf of one)

3. Product Information

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable
• Payment is processed through Shopify Payments (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store card data
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to violate these terms or our research-use policy

5. Shipping

• We ship within the EU and UK only
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier
• You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or regulatory fees applicable in your jurisdiction
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical research compounds, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on synthexa.eu — including text, imagery, product descriptions, branding, and the SYNTHEXA™ name and logo — is the intellectual property of Opera Engineering FZ-LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opera Engineering FZ-LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any harm, injury, or damage arising from the use, misuse, or administration of our products
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Losses arising from events outside our reasonable control (force majeure)

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
