What purity standards do SYNTHEXA™ peptides meet?

All SYNTHEXA™ compounds are synthesised to a minimum purity of >99.0%, with most exceeding >99.4%. Each batch undergoes HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) analysis and mass spectrometry verification. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for every product upon request.

Our peptides are manufactured in ISO 9001-certified, GMP-compliant facilities in the United Kingdom. We work exclusively with regulated API manufacturers who adhere to EU and UK pharmaceutical standards. No third-world sourcing.

What is the difference between lyophilised and reconstituted peptides?

SYNTHEXA™ peptides are supplied as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder, which is the most stable form for storage and shipping. Before use, they must be reconstituted with Bacteriostatic Water (BW). Each product page includes recommended reconstitution volumes. We also supply BW and reconstitution kits.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all EU member states and the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days within the EU, and 1–3 business days within the UK. Express options are available at checkout. We do not currently ship outside of Europe.

Is shipping discreet?

Yes. All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging with no SYNTHEXA branding on the exterior. The sender name on the label is generic. Peptides are packed with cold packs where required and labelled as research chemicals.

What are the cold-chain requirements during shipping?

Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperatures for the duration of typical shipping (up to 14 days). For orders exceeding €500 or during summer months, we include insulated packaging and gel cold packs at no additional cost. Upon receipt, store vials at 2–8°C (refrigerator) or at –20°C for extended storage.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over €150 qualify for free standard shipping across the EU. UK orders over £130 also receive free delivery. Express and tracked shipping is available for an additional fee.

How should I store lyophilised peptides?

Lyophilised peptides should be stored at 2–8°C (refrigerator) for up to 24 months, or at –20°C (freezer) for up to 36 months. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles and keep vials away from light. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within 28–30 days.

What water should I use for reconstitution?

We recommend Bacteriostatic Water (BW) — sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol — for all peptide reconstitution. BW extends the usable shelf life of reconstituted peptides to 28–30 days when refrigerated. Avoid sterile water without preservative if you plan to use the vial over multiple sessions.

They are not approved by the EMA or any regulatory authority for human therapeutic use, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. All products are labelled "For Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption."

In most EU member states and the UK, purchasing research peptides for personal or laboratory use is not prohibited, provided they are not sold with medical claims. Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before they enter our fulfilment queue. Contact our team immediately via the contact page. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, but you may return unopened items within 14 days for a full refund.

We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened or reconstituted vials for safety reasons. Contact us to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
