Key Research Findings
The reusable injection pen uses the same dial-a-dose mechanism as pharmaceutical GLP-1 pens (Ozempic, Wegovy, Saxenda) — delivering precise, reproducible doses at each administration.
The 32G ultra-fine needle (4mm) minimises tissue trauma and makes subcutaneous injection virtually painless — significantly improving tolerability compared to standard insulin syringes.
Borosilicate glass cartridges are inert and non-reactive — no leaching, no degradation of sensitive peptide compounds during storage or administration.
Bacteriostatic Water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) extends the post-reconstitution stability of lyophilised peptides to 28–30 days when refrigerated at 2–8°C.

Pen cleaning: wipe outer surface with an alcohol swab after each use. Never autoclave or submerge. Replace needle after each injection session.
Administration Reference
Load the glass cartridge into the pen body by removing the end cap, inserting the cartridge rubber-end first, and screwing the needle holder back into place. Attach a fresh 32G needle by removing the protective foil cap, screwing the needle onto the pen hub, and removing both inner and outer needle caps. Prime the pen by dialling 2 units and pressing the dose button into the air — repeat until a drop appears at the needle tip. Dial your target dose, clean the injection site with an alcohol swab, pinch a fold of skin, insert the needle at 45–90°, and press the dose button fully. Hold for 5–10 seconds before withdrawing to prevent backflow. Recap the needle using the outer cap, unscrew and dispose safely. Store the loaded cartridge pen at 2–8°C between uses. Unloaded peptide vials and unused cartridges should be stored at −20°C.
